FAQ

Is CI supported?

Currently, we support vanilla CI. Head to the docs for instructions. You can request additional integrations by emailing hello@devicecloud.dev

Is the service secure?

Yes. We run our services in secure AWS and GCP infrastructure. We're currently exploring SOC 2 compliance. Please let us know if this is important for you. Email hello@devicecloud.dev for more details.

Do you support on-premise?

Yes. We can deploy our cloud infrastructure into your own data centre. Please contact hello@devicecloud.dev for details on pricing and deployment requirements.

Is this legit?

devicecloud.dev is not associated with mobile.dev or the Maestro in any way. We run Maestro in the same that you run it locally, we simply do it at scale using dcd's specially adapted kubernetes cluster. If you need official support from the Maestro team, then we recommend you stick with Maestro Cloud.

devicecloud.dev vs Maestro Cloud

Maestro Cloud and dcd use the same open-source API provided by the Maestro project. We built dcd to provide a meaningfully better offering for fellow developers looking to run Maestro tests in the cloud. If you require SOC 2 compliance or offical support, we recommend you stick with Maestro Cloud. If you don't need those and would benefit from better prices and a wider range of features then give dcd a go. There is no reason you can't use both services as part of your CI configuration.
