Maestro 2.11.0 support and gpu1 deprecation

We now support Maestro 2.11.0! We're also deprecating the `gpu1` runner type, please see below for more information.

This release comes with a new CLI version: v5.7.0. Update with either of:

dcd upgrade
npm install -g @devicecloud.dev/dcd@latest

Breaking Changes

  • The gpu1 runner is now deprecated. Our target removal date is subject to usage. Read more here.

    This is due to a lack of usage and the m1 runner becoming generally more available. Please reach out to support if you have any questions or concerns.
