Encrypted app binaries and smarter CLI logins

The CLI now enforces envelop encryption by default, and you can opt out with `--no-encrypt`. This is an additional layer of encryption on top of existing point-to-point and encryption-at-rest standards. You can now also pick an organisation at login with `--org`.

This release comes with a new CLI version: v5.10.0. Update with either of:

dcd upgrade
npm install -g @devicecloud.dev/dcd@latest

Major Changes

  • Encryption is now on by default in the CLI. You can opt-out using --no-encrypt.

Minor Changes

  • You can now pass --org at login to pick an organisation. Otherwise the CLI reuses your last one. Read more here.
